1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on xaxino, logging in, or otherwise accessing any feature or service offered through xaxino.bio, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the xaxino platform.

These Terms apply to all users of xaxino, including but not limited to visitors, registered members, and any individual who accesses the platform for any purpose. These Terms are supplemented by the xaxino Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and xaxino.

2. Eligibility

Access to xaxino is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xaxino reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of xaxino is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person employed by xaxino or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the xaxino platform, whether through voluntary self-exclusion or an administrative suspension imposed by xaxino.
• Your account must not be used on behalf of a third party. Each individual may hold only one active xaxino account at any given time.

xaxino reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held where fraud or misrepresentation is established.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on xaxino, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to maintain only one registered account on xaxino. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. xaxino reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with accounts opened in violation of this rule.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xaxino login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to notify xaxino immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point. xaxino may conduct identity verification checks at any time and may request supporting documentation, including a government-issued identification document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

xaxino operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements as part of its obligations under its international gaming licence. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC verification request. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xaxino supports a range of payment methods suited to Pakistani users, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, debit cards, and bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your xaxino account must originate from a payment method that you own and that is registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. xaxino reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. xaxino aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, however processing times may vary depending on your payment method and the status of any pending KYC verification. xaxino is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the xaxino wallet section. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time at xaxino's discretion.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

If your xaxino account remains inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, the account will be classified as dormant. xaxino may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by xaxino are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your xaxino account must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each promotion. xaxino reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests where wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

xaxino takes a firm stance on bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to claiming multiple accounts to receive multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balances voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

xaxino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The withdrawal of a promotion does not affect bonuses already credited to accounts before the withdrawal takes effect.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on xaxino are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections, including the event, market, stake, and odds, before confirming any bet. xaxino will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where xaxino determines, at its sole discretion, that there has been a manifest technical error.

6.2 Void Bets

xaxino reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, a clear pricing error, market suspension prior to the event commencing, or evidence of match-fixing or other corrupt activity affecting the integrity of the event.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits may apply to individual bets or accumulator wagers. Where a payout would exceed the stated maximum, it will be capped at that amount. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market on xaxino.

6.4 Results and Settlement

Bets will be settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. In the event of a dispute about a result, xaxino's decision, made in consultation with official data providers, shall be final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xaxino and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one xaxino account simultaneously
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the xaxino platform
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Attempting to launder money or use xaxino for any unlawful financial purpose
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xaxino staff or other users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the xaxino platform
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

8. Responsible Gaming

xaxino is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its users. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or escaping personal difficulties. xaxino provides a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion facility.

Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and remains in place for the period you select. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the xaxino platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of xaxino or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xaxino platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the xaxino platform without the express written permission of xaxino.

The xaxino name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of xaxino or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of xaxino.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

xaxino strives to ensure that the platform is available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond xaxino's control. xaxino shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such unavailability.

10.2 User Losses

xaxino accepts no responsibility for any financial losses you sustain as a result of using the platform, including losses arising from bets placed, technical faults, or reliance on information displayed on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion.

10.3 Third-Party Content

The xaxino platform may reference or incorporate content provided by third-party game providers and data suppliers. xaxino does not accept liability for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content displayed on the platform.

10.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xaxino's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xaxino account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your xaxino account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by xaxino

xaxino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if continued operation of your account presents a legal or regulatory risk to xaxino.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the xaxino platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xaxino holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits xaxino's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Amendments to These Terms

xaxino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Whenever material changes are made, xaxino will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are significant, xaxino may also notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the xaxino platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using xaxino and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
